1. GENERAL ORDERS

Once the order is confirmed (not placed), cancellation is improbable. Additions to the cart are manageable if the order is not yet processed

2. DISCOUNT ORDERS

Souvenir Cart rarely offers discounts during the festive seasons or anniversaries. And, products purchased during the sale period/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange. At the same time, in most cases, products purchased before sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.

3. SHIPPING AND ORDERS

While Souvenir Cart  is extremely customer-centric, if the customer has provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then it is not possible to refund the money.

At the same time, we do not offer a refund if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is wilfully refused by the recipient.

4. CUSTOMS

Souvenir Cart cannot offer a refund for international shipments if the customer refuses to pay the customs duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and consequently does not collect the order from the shipping partner.

5. DAMAGED ORDERS

Souvenir Cart recommends that the customer check the product’s condition when signing off on accepting the order. This is to ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with during the shipping.

In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) and email us info@souvenircart.in
